How to Set Up Discord Notifications

Get real-time notifications in Discord when clients approve sites, leave comments, or take other actions.

Steps:

1. In Discord, go to your server
2. Go to a channel → Settings → Integrations → Webhooks
3. Click "New Webhook," give it a name (e.g. "Trovn Notifications")
4. Copy the webhook URL
5. In Trovn, go to Settings → Integrations
6. Paste the webhook URL in the Discord Webhook field
7. Click "Test Webhook" — you should see a test message in Discord
8. Click Save

What triggers a notification:

• Client accepts a version in the Client Portal
• Client leaves a new comment
• Client submits a support ticket
• A site audit completes
• A GhostHunter lead is converted to a pipeline build
• A site goes live on a custom domain
