Trovn uses two separate credit pools: Zombie Credits and Build Credits. They're tracked independently and never overlap.
Zombie Credits
Zombie credits power GhostHunter scans, SEO analyses, site audits, and competitor intel. Think of them as the currency for all research and analysis tools.
| Action | Zombie Credit Cost |
|---|---|
| GhostHunter scan | Varies by results |
| SEO Analyzer report | 1 credit |
| Site Audit | 1 credit |
| Competitor Intel scan | 1 credit |
| Plan | Zombie Credits |
|---|---|
| Trial | $5 total |
| Starter | $20/month |
| Pro | $50/month |
| Agency | $150/month |
Build Credits
Build credits power the AI Builder. Every action in the builder costs build credits.
| Action | Build Credit Cost |
|---|---|
| Full site build | 1.0 credits |
| Add a new section | 0.5 credits |
| Add a new page | 0.5 credits |
| Targeted section edit | 0.25 credits |
| Full regeneration | 1.0 credits |
| Plan | Build Credits |
|---|---|
| Trial | 3 total (not monthly) |
| Starter | 10/month |
| Pro | 30/month |
| Agency | 100/month |
Credits are allocated monthly and reset on your billing date. Trial credits are a one-time allocation for the trial period.
How to Check Your Credits
- Build credits — shown in the builder header as "X/Y builds" (e.g. "7/10 builds")
- Zombie credits — shown in the GhostHunter header and on your dashboard overview
When Credits Run Out
When you've used all credits in either pool, that tool shows an upgrade prompt instead of running. You can:
- Wait for credits to reset on your next billing date
- Upgrade to a higher plan for more monthly credits
Why Two Separate Pools?
This lets agencies that build a lot of sites (heavy AI Builder usage) keep their research tools running without worrying about credit competition — and vice versa. Using all your build credits doesn't affect your ability to run scans or audits.
