How to Cancel Your Subscription

Steps:

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click "Manage Subscription"
  3. This opens the Stripe Customer Portal
  4. Click "Cancel Subscription"
  5. Choose when to cancel (end of current period or immediately)

After cancellation, you keep access until the end of your current billing period. Your data is preserved for 30 days after access ends.

Before you cancel: Download any sites you've built (ZIP files from the builder). Export your client data. Take note of your client portal links.
