Understanding the Dashboard Overview

The Command Center dashboard overview is the first thing you see when you log in. It's a snapshot of your entire agency's performance in one screen.

What's on the Dashboard

Pipeline Summary A mini funnel showing:

  • Total leads in your pipeline
  • Leads per stage (New Lead, Contacted, Meeting Scheduled, etc.)
  • Conversion rate from New Lead to Closed Won
  • Deals expected to close this month

Revenue Snapshot From your connected Stripe account:

  • Current MRR
  • Revenue this month vs. last month
  • Number of active paying clients

Tool Activity Quick stats for each Trovn tool:

  • GhostHunter: scans run this week, leads found
  • AI Builder: sites built this month, credits remaining
  • Client Portal: projects pending review
  • Site Audit: audits run, reports shared
  • Go Live: sites deployed, domains active

Recent Activity Feed A timeline of recent actions across your account:

  • "Lead 'Joe's Plumbing' moved to Proposal Sent"
  • "Site built for 'Austin Dental' using HTML/Tailwind stack"
  • "Client approved version 2 of 'Smith Law website'"
  • "SEO analysis completed for 'greenleaflandscaping.com'"

Customizing the Dashboard

The dashboard is pre-configured and can't be rearranged. All sections show real-time data based on your account activity.

Tips

  • Start every day here — The dashboard tells you what needs attention right now. Pending approvals, stale pipeline leads, and failed payments all surface here.
  • Use it in client meetings — Screen-share the dashboard to show clients that you're actively managing their project. The activity feed is especially impressive.
  • Connect all integrations — The dashboard is most useful when Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Stripe are all connected. Missing integrations mean missing data.
