How to Create a Payment Link

Quick Checkout (Single Amount)

1. Go to Checkout Builder
2. Click New Checkout
3. Select Quick Checkout
4. Enter the amount (e.g., $2,500)
5. Add a description (e.g., "Website Build — Johnson Plumbing")
6. Choose one-time or recurring billing
7. Click Create Link
8. Copy the link and send it to your client

Multi-Line Checkout

1. Go to Checkout Builder
2. Click New Checkout
3. Select Multi-Line Checkout
4. Add line items:
   • Click Add Item
   • Enter name, amount, and billing type (one-time or recurring)
   • Repeat for each line item
5. Example setup:
   • "Website Build" — $2,500 (one-time)
   • "Monthly Hosting" — $49/month (recurring)
   • "Monthly SEO" — $199/month (recurring)
6. Click Create Link
7. Share with your client

Importing Stripe Products

Click Sync Products to import your existing Stripe products and prices. This lets you reuse products you've already set up in Stripe rather than creating them again in Trovn.

Applying Discounts

When creating a checkout, click Add Discount to apply a Stripe coupon. Coupons must be created in your Stripe dashboard first (Stripe Dashboard → Products → Coupons).
