How to Track Payments and History

Payment history syncs automatically from your Stripe account to the Checkout Builder.

Viewing Payment History

1. Go to Checkout Builder
2. Click on any checkout link to open its detail page
3. The Payment History section shows all transactions for that link:
   • Payment date
   • Amount
   • Status (Paid, Pending, Failed, Refunded)
   • Client email

What Syncs Automatically

• Successful payments
• Failed payment attempts
• Refunds
• Subscription renewals (for recurring line items)
• Discount/coupon applications

Payment data syncs directly from Stripe — there's no manual step required.

Managing Payments in Stripe

For advanced payment management (refunds, disputes, payout schedules), use your Stripe dashboard directly. Trovn shows payment history for visibility, but Stripe is your source of truth for financial operations.

Tips

• Check payment status before starting work on a project
• Use the payment history to track which clients have paid and which are overdue
• Recurring payments show each renewal as a separate line item
