How to Use Checkout Templates

Templates save your checkout configurations so you can reuse them with one click.

Creating a Template

1. Set up a checkout with all your line items, amounts, and billing types
2. Click Save as Template
3. Name the template (e.g., "Standard Website Package" or "Monthly Retainer Bundle")
4. The template is saved for future use

Using a Template

1. Click New Checkout
2. Click From Template
3. Select your saved template
4. All line items, amounts, and billing types are pre-filled
5. Adjust as needed (change amounts, add/remove items)
6. Click Create Link

Template Ideas

• Starter Website Package — One-time build fee + monthly hosting
• Full Service Retainer — Monthly hosting + SEO + maintenance
• E-commerce Setup — Build fee + Shopify setup + monthly management
• Landing Page Sprint — One-time build at a lower price point

Managing Templates

• Edit a template by clicking on it and making changes
• Delete templates you no longer use
• Templates are available to all team members on your account
