For ongoing retainer clients, Trovn includes a support ticket system.
Client submitting a ticket: Clients with retainer access can submit support tickets from their portal. They describe the issue or change request, attach screenshots if needed, and submit.
Managing tickets: In your Client Portal dashboard, go to the project and click the "Tickets" tab. You see all open tickets, can update status (Open, In Progress, Resolved), and reply to the client.
Use cases:
- "Please update our hours — we're now open Sundays"
- "Can you add our new team member to the About page?"
- "The contact form isn't sending emails"
