When a client fills out an intake form, you can automatically generate a detailed AI builder prompt from their responses.
How It Works
- Go to the Pipeline page
- Open a submission that has a completed intake form
- Click the Generate Build Prompt button
- Trovn reads the intake form data — business name, services, colors, tone, content — and generates a comprehensive builder prompt
- The prompt appears ready to paste into the builder chat
What the Generated Prompt Includes
- Business name and type
- Location and service area
- Services or products offered
- Brand colors and style preferences
- Tone of voice
- Specific content from the intake form
- Suggested sections based on the business type
Tips
- Review the generated prompt before sending — add any details the intake form didn't cover
- The better the intake form responses, the better the generated prompt
- You can edit the prompt to adjust tone, add sections, or change emphasis
- Works with any stack — the prompt is stack-agnostic and the AI adapts it to whatever stack you've selected
